The premises is comprised of a reception area, an industrial unit with a concrete floor and an office space with carpet flooring, three conference rooms as well as both male and female restrooms. The premises has a three phase electrical system. The office space is heated by radiators and the industrial unit uses ‘Air Below Space’. Doors and windows are double glazed.
