Údarás na Gaeltachta COVID19 Business Continuity Voucher – closed

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OPEN CALL FOR THE SCHEME CLOSED AT 5PM ON THE 21/05/2020 AND UNFORTUNATELY NEW APPLICATIONS FOR THIS SCHEME CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT TIME.  ÚDARÁS NA GAELTACHTA’S SUITE OF SUPPORT SCHEMES CONTINUE TO BE PROVIDED AT THIS TIME.
 
Businesses employing up to 50 staff, are eligible to apply for  the Údarás na Gaeltachta COVID-19 Business Continuity Voucher to the value of €2,500 towards third party consultancy costs to assist with developing short-term and long-term strategies to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of the voucher is to provide contingency planning advice to assist businesses to continue trading through the crisis. The primary aim of the scheme is to assist businesses make informed decisions on the immediate measures needed to continue trading in the current environment while securing the safety of all employees and future business viability through identification of remedial actions.

 

The Business Continuity Voucher is available to assist businesses to:

  • Develop a business continuity plan
  • Assess current financial needs in the short term to medium term
  • Reduce variable costs, overheads and expenses
  • Review and explore supply chain financing options
  • Implement remote working processes or procedures
  • Leverage HR expertise
  • Leverage ICT expertise
  • Prepare a business case for application to emergency financial interventions available through Banks, SBCI and Microfinance Ireland

 

IMPORTANT: Terms and Conditions

  • Once your application is approved, a third party expert/consultant will be selected on agreement with the Údarás, to undertake the project.
  • The business will engage the qualified expert to address the issues identified on the application form.
  • Applications must be submitted using this official application form only. Applications in any other format will not be accepted.
  • All sections of the application form must be completed in full. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for processing by Údarás na Gaeltachta.
  • Your application will be acknowledged by Údarás na Gaeltachta.
  • Qualifying applications will be processed and assessed on the basis of their receipt by Údarás na Gaeltachta until such time as the fund is exhausted.
  • Ineligible applicants will be informed by Údarás na Gaeltachta, following receipt of applications.
